2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 692 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 65(2) and 351(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sahita and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a six year old girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10041 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
