The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, theft motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 28.09.2014, but he has not been put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P. S. Case No. 134 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has
