Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Shivsagar, Rohtas under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, so that appropriate steps can be taken by the Circle
