Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The FIR is against unknown relating to an occurrence of firing committed at the driver of J.C.B. Machine. Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete. The said driver has not been examined under Section 161 Cr.P.C. by the police and only on the basis of criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the petitioner has been booked in this case.

Considering lack of direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19225 of 2021(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr.No.429/2019/49/2019 arising out of Karpi (Banshi O.P.) Police Station Case No.74 of 2010 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
