JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 22-08-2016 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the application the petitioner has attained the age of majority and, hence, the present revision application preferred under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000, challenging the order dated 10th October, 2014 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 20 of 2014/2 of 2014 whereby the order dated 31st July, 2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013 was confirmed, has become infructuous, as the petitioner has already been released from the Observation Home. In that view of the matter, it is disposed of as infructuous.
