JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the brother of the deceased gave written report to officer-in-charge of Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station mentioning this fact that this petitioner had taken Rs. 70,000/- from the deceased and the deceased might have been killed by the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30123 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S.Case No. 97 of 2015.
