Nobody appears for the petitioner, however, Shri Prasoon Sinha, the learned counsel for the BCECEB as also Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the IGIMS and the learned counsel for the respondent State, Shri Braj Bhushan Mishra, AC to AAG-5 are present.

On the last occasion adjournment had been sought on the ground of the learned counsel for the petitioner being not well, today also nobody has bothered to appear, hence it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the present case. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed for default.
