JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 22.04.2015 in a case registered under section 304B, 326A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the marriage of the deceased had taken place six years ago and after marriage deceased spend her life at her matrimonial home for near about six years. No doubt, there is allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the husband of the deceased and petitioner but taking into consideration the above stated facts as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
