JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1461 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 64 and odd litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for more than two months and charge sheet has been submitted and moreover petitioner is aged 80 years, having no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8373 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 1461 of 2019.
