2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun (Nawada O.P.) P.S. Case NO. 224 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his mother and father are said to have killed the deceased.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2025.
5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case as the deceased has committed suicide which is apparent from the post-mortem report in which there is no external injury found on the body of the deceased except for the sign of hanging on the neck. He further submits

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the independent witnesses, who wanted to depose were not being examined by the Investigating officer and because of the same, they have given a letter to the Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur and they have also filed a criminal writ application in this Court for recording of evidence of the independent witnesses.
7. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the post-mortem report in which no external injury has been found upon the body of the deceased, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rajoun (Nawada O.P.) P.S. Case No. 224 of 2025.
9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express
