Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: (i) For issuance of a direction to the respondent no. 7, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Khagaria to dispose of the petition dated 03-05-2018 of the petitioner in accordance with law.
(ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent no. 6 to make payment of salary and
Patna High Court CWJC No.10698 of 2018 (2) dt.09-08-2018 arrears of salary to the petitioner forthwith. (iii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent no. 10 to accept the joining of the petitioner with immediate effect.
The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the District Appellate Authority vide Annexure-1 to the present writ application for redressal of her grievance. The said appeal was filed on 03-05-2018. The petitioner prays for a direction to dispose of her appeal, pending before the District Appellate Authority as the statutory period as provided under Rule 13(vii) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rule, 2015, has already expired.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Appellate Authority, Khagaria is directed to dispose of her pending appeal at the earliest, if not disposed of yet. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
