JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Mr. Amish Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jai Prabhat Kishore, A.C. to S.C.13 for the State, Mr. Amit Pandey for the Zila Parishad and Mr. Girijesh Kumar for the Magadh University.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the termination order bearing Memo No.125 dated 13.2.2016 issued under the signature of the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer whereby the service of the petitioner has been terminated inter alia on grounds of invalid B.Ed Certificate.

Patna High Court CWJC No.466 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 Mr. Amish Kumar after some arguments prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail of the statutory remedy available to him under Rule 15 of the Bihar Zila Parishad Madhyamik and Uchhatar Madhyamik Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2006 as amended from time to time, to question the order impugned in this writ petition.
