2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the order dated 12.04.2018 passed by the District Programme Officer, Katihar in Misc. Anganbari Appeal No. 16/2017 contained in Annexure-6 to the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the State has raised preliminary objection and submits that the order passed by the District Programme Officer is appealable under the relevant provisions of Aanganbadi Sevika-Sahayika Chayan

4. As such, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the District Programme Officer before the authority concerned in accordance with the Aanganbadi Sevika-Sahayika Chayan Margdarshika. The authority concerned is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order in this case within 90 days from the date of completion of appearance of all the relevant parties
5. It is made clear that the delay, if any, in preferring the appeal shall be condoned.
