JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Special Case No. 08 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 registered under Sections 20 and 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act with regard to recovery of 20 packets of Ganja each containing 10 grams total weighting 200 grams.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner is much less of commercial quantity of Ganja.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Purnea, in connection with Special Case No. 08 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S.Case No. 62 of 2014.
