This application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. vide Khagaria Sadar P.S. Case No. 525 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 353, 224/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if this Court directs the respondents to conclude the investigation of the case within a reasonable period of time.

WJC No.2815 of 2017(2) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the Officer-in-Charge of Khagaria Sadar Police Station, District- Khagaria to conclude the investigation of Khagaria Sadar P.S. Case No.525 of 2015 within three months from today. If the investigation is not concluded within three months from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move before this Court.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
