BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) The petitioner seeks direction/directions from this Hon'ble Court to all the respondents in general and the respondent No.02 to 05 in particular to provide the REVISED PAY SCALE OF Rs.5500175-9000 enforced from 01.01.1996 with a retrospective effect in place of the unrevised pay scale i.e. of Rs.1500-2750 and the same is i.e. under challenge. Due to non grant of the instant pay scale, the petitioner has in has suffered a huge monetary loss in his en-

In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representations dated 20.04.2019, 05.06.2019 and 11.09.2020 vide Annexure- 1 series. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioner's representation.

Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioners' representations dated 20.04.2019, 05.06.2019 and 11.09.2020 vide Annexure-1 series and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
