By filing mentioning slip it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner Ram Sobhit Yadav @ Ram Bahadur Yadav @ Sobhit Yadav that in the order dated 30.01.2016 it is mentioned that the petitioners are directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of A.D.J. VIII, Begusarai in Sessions Trial No. 69 of 2015 but the case of the petitioner was pending in the court of S.D.J.M. Manjhaul, Begusarai resulting he has not been released and as such fresh direction is required.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, petitioner Ram Sobhit Yadav @ Ram Bahadur Yadav @ Sobhit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52053 of 2015 (7) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub. Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in Khodabandpur (Chhourahi O.P) P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be a near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.

The order dated 30.01.2016 with respect to the petitioner Ram Sobhit Yadav @ Ram Bahadur Yadav @ Sobhit Yadav is modified to that extent.

Let the order be communicated through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
