The petitioners have approached this Court against the order, dated 19.04.2017, passed by Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, in Land Dispute Appeal Case No. 32 of 2016.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that the impugned order is challengeable before the Bihar Land Tribunal and the petitioner may be relegated to the alternative remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.1021 of 2018(3) dt.31-01-2023 2/2 before the Bihar Land Tribunal.

In view of the above submission, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application challenging the impugned order before the Bihar Land Tribunal in accordance with law.
