JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order and direction commanding the Respondents to appoint the Wards/nominated successors of the petitioner on the post of Chowkidar/Dafedar against his respective post and place of posting.

(ii) To issue further appropriate writ or order/directing commanding the Respondents to pay all consequential benefits to the designated successor of the petitioner after his appointment.

(iii) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that it was the duty of the Respondent authorities to appoint the nominated persons/successors of the petitioner as per his recommendations in terms of the positive recommendations made by the Respondent Circle

(iv) To award the cost of litigation and suitable compensation to the petitioners for the loss and damages caused to them on account of the in action on the part of Respondent authorities.

(v) To award any other or relief or reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled the facts and circumstances of the case."

Let the petitioner file a representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur, regarding his aforesaid grievances, who will examine the case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
