Patna High Court CWJC No.2683 of 2025 dt.15-02-2025 2/3 challenged by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer by filing Anganwari Case No 254 of 218 alleging therein that the selection of Respondent No 5 was made on the basis of forged education certificate issued by NIOS because in the marks sheet, matriculation certificate and the provisional certificate, registration number differs in each other but contention of the petitioner was rejected which has been challenged by her by filing Anganwari Appal No 428 of 2021. The matter was remanded to the District Programme Officer for rehearing the case on the point of education certificate issued by the NIOS.

The District Programme Officer, Samastipur, after hearing both the parties and calling for the report from the NIOS, arrived on the conclusion that the certificate submitted by respondent No 5 is correct and valid and dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner which was again challenged by the petitioner by filing Anganwari Appeal No 8 of 2024 which has also been dismissed. Hence, this petition. 3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the selection of respondent No 5 on the post of Anganwari Sevika is based on the forged and fabricated certificates and without examining the genuineness and truthfulness of the same, the impugned orders have been passed by the respondentauthorities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2683 of 2025 dt.15-02-2025 3/3 4 Perusal of the impugned orders dated 11.01.2024 and 03.01.2025 (Annexure P/4 and P/5) clearly shows that the certificates produced by respondent No 5 were duly verified from the issuing authority, i e, NIOS and the issuing authority categorically certified that both the documents were issued by it and both are the correct and genuine documents. Taking into consideration the above report submitted by the issuing authority, both the above orders have been passed. The petitioner is unable to point out any other material which shows that the documents submitted by respondent No 5 are the forged documents. 5 Since both the orders, as referred hereinabove, are reasoned orders based on the enquiry reports submitted by the issuing authority, I do not find any merit in this petition. 6 Accordingly, the petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself, having no merit.
