The petitioner seeks bail in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

The police seized the vehicle of the petitioner, from which 40 kg of electric wire were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle. He had parked the vehicle near the shop of Subodh Singh. Subodh Singh had hired the vehicle for carrying some goods. Considering the facts that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle and his vehicle was hired by other person, from whose premises, aluminum wire etc. were recovered and the petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2014, the petitioner named above is
