15-12-2015 Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Sahay, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Randhir Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rana Randhir Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner, who is in custody only since 18-08-2015 in Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that it has falsely been alleged that on disclosure of the petitioner, two stolen motorcycles were recovered. Besides this, many defence has been taken.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52988 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody only since 18-08-2015, the prayer for bail stands rejected for the moment. He can renew his prayer for bail after completion of ten months in custody.
