The petitioner by way of this writ petition assails the order passed by the Eastern Regional Committee, whereby the application for grant of recognition has been rejected dated 27.02.2018.

Apparently, appeal lies against the order to the N.R.C. under the N.C.T.E. Regulation 2018 under Section 18 thereto. Keeping in view the provisions of the Act of 2014, which are statutory in nature, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal
