The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had obtained employment in the Government service on the basis of fake teachers' training certificates and mark sheets and upon verification, the same was found to be forged and fabricated. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, according to her, mark sheet is not fake. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10588 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 submitted that till the filing of the F.I.R. in question, the petitioner was having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 20.12.2018.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the Vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017.
