The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalasing Sarai P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(F) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

According to the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have raped a minor girl aged one year. The medical report duly corroborates the prosecution case. Regard being had to the heinous nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
