JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 68 of 2010, arising out of P.R.No. 36 of 2019-20, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 4 and odd litres of liquor from the possession of the petitioner and he is accused in two other cases also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one month so far this case is concerned and recovery is only 4 litres of liquor and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8772 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Excise Case No. 68 of 2010, arising out of P.R. No. 36 of 2019-20 on the condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation, if pending.
