JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 7.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307,302,114 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that 20 FIR named accused persons and 6-7 others made indiscriminate firing though it is alleged that firing resorted to by co accused Md. Naushad hit the victim, the brother of the informant as a result of which he died. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of firing is not specific against the petitioners whereas other accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 54245 of 2013, 9831 of 2014 and 38733 of 2013. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51763 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Munger in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S. Case No. 151 of 2013.
