2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " 01. To issue an appropriate writ, order. direction in the nature of mandamus restraining in the respondent no. 3 not to call for the special meeting of Zila Parishad, Patna for discussing no confidence motion against the Adhyaksh proposed to be called for being based on a fraudulent and forged requisition dated

(ii) To hold and declare that the requisition dated 15-1-2004 is fraudulent for being based on forged signatures.

(iii) To issue an appropriate writ, order, direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the authorities to not hold any special meeting of the Zila Parishad. Patna for discussing no confidence motion against the UP-Adhyksha.

(iv) To any other reliefs for which the petitioner appears to be found entitled by the Hon'ble Court."

3. In this case on 08.07.2024, four weeks peremptory time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect(s).

4. As it was a peremptory order and was not complied with, it stands dismissed on 05.08.2024.
