2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is alleged that he and his family members have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there was no motive behind the alleged occurrence of killing. The petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8750 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- II, Sherghati at Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 134 of 2023.
