Patna High Court CWJC No.17092 of 2017(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 enquiry as to payment of another to unauthorized person instead of who is petitioner when the owner of the land and to pay the compensation amount petitioner against the to acquisition the of R.S.P. No.1748 under Khata No.1189 in Mouza Dumari Bujurg, Tauzi No.2354 in the district-Saran, which was acquired in pursuance of construction of N.H. 19 and 85.

And/or also for holding an enquiry to find out the responsible authority who has misappropriated and paid the govt. money without any basis to an unauthorized person And/or for further relief to which the Hon'ble Court considers the petitioner entitled for."
