JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 The petitioners have filed the present application for quashing of the order dated 07.02.2019 passed in Complaint Case No. 1343(C) of 2018 by learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna whereby the learned Court below has issued process against the petitioners after finding the case prima facie true for an offence under Sections 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
