This is an application seeking regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the petitioner's son, petitioner and other persons, kidnapped the victim girl for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought my attention to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to submit that the victim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50113 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 girl herself admitted that she got married with the petitioner's son out of her free will and she wanted to live with the petitioner's son.
In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Raxual at Motihari East Champaran in Ramgarhawa P.S.
