2. In transpires to this Court that in compliance of the order dated 26.02.2020 State has filed counter affidavit which is on record. Counsel further submits that by virtue of this writ petition, the petitioner has made request for quashing the departmental proceeding whereas, vide Annexure-A of the counter affidavit, the said departmental proceeding is concluded, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous due to the reason that no such prayer now exists.

3. In this view of the matter, this case is dismissed as infructuous.
