The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8976 of 2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

It is submitted that, of course, allegation against the petitioner is that he opened fire causing fire arm injury to the victim but the petitioner has already remained in jail for about one year and three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51524 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge , Khagaria in Chautham P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014 (Sessions Trial No. 8/2015).
