The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 285 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is father of victim girl has alleged that on 31.07.2013 his minor daughter went to school but did not return till evening. On search, he got information that petitioner with intention to marry kidnapped his minor daughter by enticing her.

It has been submitted on behalf on the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9692 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2013.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage.

Trial court is directed to expedite and conclude trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
