Petitioner happens to be married sister in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 28.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and having similar allegation, co-accused, Arjun Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
