The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.25 of 2015 registered under Sections 452, 354A, 354B and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Regard being had to the delay of four days in instituting the FIR as also the fact that main allegation is against co-accused Jitu Sardar, the petitioner, who is said to a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 5.9.2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
