====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, wherein the materials available on the record disclose that this petitioner had taken away the victim lady who was married and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7465 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 was having two and half years old child, the very conduct of the petitioner leads to this Court to take a view that he does not deserve privilege of anticipatory bail.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
