JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, co-accused, Fantush Singh was arrested and later on, petitioner was also arrested. The co-accused made his confessional statement leading to some recovery and it appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50521 of 2014 (5) dt.31-03-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014.
