JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 158/2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms and Section 3(II)(V) of SC/ST Act pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Buxar. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 29.10.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 45138/2013.

There is direct allegation against this petitioner. This court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51532 of 2014 (3) dt.11-02-2015 However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
