2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 507 dated 03.04.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Danapur (Annexure-3); and for connected relief.
3. At the very outset, this Court takes note that the petitioner has approached this Court after an inordinate delay of over four years for redressal of his grievances, which relates to the year 2014. The petitioner is clearly pursuing a stale claim and is not entitled to relief by this Court in its extra ordinary jurisdiction in view of delay and laches, as no good ground has been stated to

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
