Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.954 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 411 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.11.2019.
