No. 43351 of 2020 records - let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sumeet Kumar Singh, learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Tikari P.S. Case No. 583 of 2020. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the pleadings made in the modification application, let the order dated 01.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 43351 of 2020 be read as - let the petitioner above

Case No. 29 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the bail application inadvertently the said mistake was committed. The order dated 01.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 43351 of 2020 stands modified to the extent indicated above and rest of the condition imposed remains the same.
