The husband of the petitioner while on duty as Sub Inspector of Baisi Police Station in the district of Purnea, he died on 31.03.2009 in an accident. Petitioner being widow of the late employee prays for special family pension to the petitioner from 01.04.2009 till the date of retirement of petitioner's husband in view of resolution No. 7812005-2411 dated 12th November, 2005 of the Finance Department as contained in Annexure-5. He further submits that the petitioner has already represented before the Respondent No.4, The

Patna High Court CWJC No.12662 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna for grant of Special Family Pension vide Annexure-6 series but the representation has not yet been disposed of.

Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4, The Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. All admissible dues would be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter.
