2. The present writ petition has been preferred for grant of following relief/s:- "i. To direct the respondent authorities quash the notices dated06.07.2016 and 29.07.2016 to the petitioner issued by the respondent no.7 Circle Officer, Rahika, DistrictMadhubani.

ii. To direct the respondent authorities to provide the not acquiring of the Private land in Khesra No. 4012 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14007 of 2016(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 4013 as well as Khatiyani Land which land has long years ago Bandobasti to the name of the ancestor of the petitioner.

iii. To direct the respondent authorities make adequate sufficient and satisfactory decision on the Private land and state Govt. land simakan, which private land is the ancestor's, of the petitioner.

iv. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

3. The petitioner rushed to the Court challenging a simple notice issued to him that too in the year 2016. There is no supplementary-affidavit to show what happened thereafter.

4. The petitioner seeks permission to approach the concerned authority.

5. Granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
