The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith one co-accused Phantus Yadav are alleged to have committed theft of tractor of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the alleged tractor was recovered from the house of one Lallu @ Lala Yadav. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
