Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2014 in a case registered under sections 419, 420,467, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that at best it is case of impersonation.

Considering the submissions as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Hawai Adda P.S. Case no. 208/2014.
