====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1236 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354(A), 380, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
Allegation as per F.I.R. that the petitioner and three other accused persons also fired indiscriminately from the gun causing injury to Mohd. Sohaib, Mohd. Shahid and Mohd. Nazrul and several other persons.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation has been attributed against this petitioner and all together six persons are named in F.I.R. Petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7430 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail stating that allegation of firing is against this petitioner and other accused persons and in the firing six persons received injury and one lady lost his eye site also.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, petitioner would be at liberty to renew prayer for bail once the charge has been framed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) mdrashid/- U T
