JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two country made pistols and twenty two cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when petitioner and some others were caught by the police for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23.04.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but considering the facts of the present case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
