This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 344, 365 and 370(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner had taken the victim girls in the pretext of job but they were taken in Darbhanga Paradih Theatre and were compelled to dance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the allegation that victim girls were asked to dance there is no other allegation against the petitioner and he is in jail custody since 17.08.2014.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49834 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.
